B.Tech is a 4 year whearas BCA+MCA would require at least 5 years of study.

Advantage of B.Tach course is that its a more advanced and technical course, you will learn 4 years of  your life programing skills and hardware and software development. and because of this B.Tech has more job opportunities in both public as well as private sector.

The syllabus of B.Tech has more number of subjects than BCA and hence its designed for more understanding of the subject.

Hence B.Tech is valued more.

I suggest to go for B.Tech but if you are not getting admission then pursue BCA+MCA .
