Both are premier institution of India with rankings of AAAA+.By viewing advantage of cities JMI is good.
BIT Mesra is good in NIRF rankings. Here average and median packages are little more than JMI in field of architecture.

Both college are good institution but BIT have little advantage over JMI .

Hello Shoukath

Jamia Millia Islamia is one of the best college for Architecture in India. It gives a student the correct exposure and platform. The placement in this college is also very decent. 

Also, the fees of Jamia is around rs 60,000 which is very low in comparison to rs 3 lakh of BIT Mesra. 

According to me, if you have a choice between both, you should go for Jamia Millia Islamia.
