Hi Naveen,
                   Those two colleges are one of the top colleges in India in every terms. But I will prefer you to gor for NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI. Because in recent years, NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI's is far better than NIT Warangal & this year according to NIRF ranking NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI is in the top 15 colleges in India.
Also the environment of your course is much better in NIT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI.
