Both are totally different stream dear. BSc chemistry honors is basically general study line where you completed your graduation which is for 3years course and you can continue after that like MSc then go for PhD or go for B.ed or D.ed for teaching line. Also you can prepare your self for government job.

And now come to the electrical engineering department it's basically a engineering stream. You can go for it then do your job in any company. So many opportunities are there. Infact go for Mtech or MBA after completing the graduation.

So choice is totally yours..
