Hello Pavan.In my point of view Mechanical Engineering in VR Siddhartha college of Engineering is better when compared to RVR &JC.In many aspects the college is good for Mechanical Engineering.All the faculty in VR Siddhartha college of Engineering are well experienced.And also placements in this college are very good and are increasing for every year.

According to me,All the three VRSCE,RVR and JC are one top colleges in Engineering. 

But if you are looking for Mechanical engineering then VR Siddhartha would be a preferable choice as it has good placements opportunities then the other two.It follows the ANU syllabus, and is located in Vijaywada so there  is some political influence but other than that it is a great college.
