It's delightful to know that you are eligible for both the esteemed colleges for a branch in-demand like ECE. IIIT Hyderabad is one of the best colleges of India for circuit related branches. The sheer location of IIIT Hyderabad makes it a better college for job prospects. The updated curriculum of IIIT Hyderabad makes it a better option for ECE branch than IIT BHU. 

In my opinion, you should leave IIIT Hyderabad only for OLD 5 IITs.
