Comparatively IIIT Hyderabad stands first as compared to IIT Bhu . Cse is one of the most demanding branch of IIIT Hyderabad while ECE is among top branch of IIT bhu .

Choosing CSE or ECE is totally depends on your interest and your future goals :)

College wise: IIIT Hyderabad is way better than IIT BHU.
Branch wise: Depends on your interest.
If you're interested in ECE and you aren't obsessed with the IIT tag, I'd suggest you to consider IIIT Hyderabad's ECE. You surely won't regret.
