Hello.
In the present scenario both the certificate course are  good to do certificate, in creative fashion styling is basically to be a fashion stylist whose main purpose is to style outfits by using different accessories makeup and hairstyle etc and on the same hand in certificate in  fashion designing the main purpose is to design the outfits.
So both are originated from the same root but they have different different purposes so you see in yourself that what you want to be and talking about salary package so salary package is very good in both certificate course and if you are doing it from NIFT Delhi that is a fantabulous thing again.
Best of luck.
