As i can see that you have not mentioned your preferred course and let me tell you that it highly depends upon the preferred course , as one college might be better than one course while the second one might be better in another one. So , it would be better if you have mentioned the branch

On the basis of what you have mentioned ,  i would suggest you to for JIIT , as it has better ranking and jnfrastructure. But if you want a college with lower fees , then go for KNIT.  

The fees of JIIT , Noida is approximately  twice as that of KNIT , sultanpur.
