These two Medical colleges are very renowned.Both the institutes are old and well established. If you are a from North India then food and language may be a problem for you in Madras Medical college as from the 2rd year you will begin your clinical postings and talk to patients to take their history.
Choice is yours..as to which college is suitable to you.
It's a long journey of 5.5 years so take time and decide.
