Well, I will recommend you to go for the Jadhavpur University. Jadavpur Universityis a public autonomous University .JNU is ranked as 6th best institution in the list of top 10 overall educational institutions. JNU is a brand. And far better than NIT kurukshetra in terms of engineering.
If you have an option then my suggestion to you is to opt for JNU electrical engineering.
Placements of JNU is also far better.
