Hi.. Firstly it seems like you are interested in computer science. BHU is a government reputed organization so you can openly go for a Bsc degree in computer science from the same. It will be a 3year course. Similar course would be BCA as well. Btech is a great choice if you get a good college affiliated to AKTU ( UPTU is old name). Basically it depends what sort of job you want to do. Only BSC degree can be a bit difficult to get into a company as Btech ones are preferred. To ought to have a master's degree with BSC.
