If your focus is primarily on clinical aspects, you aim for a quicker training path (around 2/3 years of training plus 1–2 years of test preparation), and you prefer fewer additional requirements, NEETPG should be your primary objective.

On the other hand, if you're ready for a more extended training program (approximately 6–9 years of training plus a minimum of one year for access training), you're prepared to closely adhere to GMC regulations, prioritize ongoing professional development, and want research to play a substantial role in your training, then pursuing PLAB might be the better route for you.
