I would definitely reccommend that you join the Btech IT branch.Your scope of placements are way more in IT than the other mtech integrated.Faculty wise also btech branches are better.BUt if you are keen on wanting an attached mtech tag,then yeah you could go for Mtech branch.The decision is definitely yours though.

My personal suggestion is that you go for the it branch.
