TS Eamcet is better to join at CBIT, for non local students only 15% seats are reserved! 

It based on your location if you belong to telangana
It is best to go for TS -EAMCET. If you apply AP EAMCET there would be less chances for you to get good college as you were considered under another state.
But Make sure you apply for AP -EAMCET as you would be getting enough experience to problem solving and time management.
But Mainly focus on TS EAMCET.
You should need at least 2000 rank if you belong to General category and require seat in CBIT.So Work Hard.

Chaitanya Bharthi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad takes admission through TS EAMCET. Therefore I would suggest you to appear for it if you want admission in CBIT, Hyderabad. To be on a safer side you can also appear for AP EAMCET.
