Both btech and bsc course are very good. Btech is better option than bsc course. If you will get a job in top companies, the salary package is more for btech students than bsc course candidates.btech is a technical professional degree.you will learn more things in btech than bsc because it consists of more core subjects . This is my opinion. if you are btech or bsc candidate, Job opportunities are  totally based upon students knowledge, interests and skills .

If you want a good job then you should opt for btech courses but if you want just a bachelor degree so that you can prepare yourself for govt. jobs then go for bsc courses. I suggest this because bsc are 3 years courses so you are getting 1 year before degree than btech as  they are having 4 years courses.

Hello. Both job prospects are great. But when you apply for higher studies or job, there you can come across some issues regarding the 12 + 3 basics. Usually there should be 12 + 4 ,to be considered for jobs as well as for masters.
