honestly it all depends on your interest and which is more convinient to you. placements wise, NIT is better than IIIT una.

Well, if you go by facts then, NIT Uk is better than IIIT Una. Placements aren't that impressive though it would be better definitely if you choose Civil Engineering at NIT Uk.
Further if you do not have a severe inclination towards ECE or extreme uninterest then, choose Civil Engineering at NIT Uk over ECE at IIIT Una.
