Hey Sandip for that you have to give any cet examination of that state .

for example MH-CET , this entrance exam is for taking admmision in maharashtra and if you do not give entrance then you have to pay donation fees that will costs more than 4 lakhs in total fees. So in my point of view you must fill up the forms of cets. And yes in maharashtra there are good engineering colleges like COEP(PUNE), PICT(PUNE ), SCOE(PUNE), VIT(PUNE) , VJTI(PUNE), GCOE(KARAD) this are some good engineering colleges for computer science engineering.
