Currently NITs and IITs does not offer B.Tech Mechatronics Engineering but the course is offered in M.Tech level in National Institute of Technology, Surathkal and Indian Institute of Technology, Patna. If you wish to pursue your career in Mechatronics then you should complete you B.Tech and then get admission to M.Tech Mechatronics Engineering through GATE.
