Clat give reservation to kashmiri migrant candidates and Jammu and Kashmir residents. Since you belong from j&k residents there is chance. Wait till the official cutoff list is declared. 

There are the following NLUs have reservation for Jammu and Kashmir residents and ward of Kashmir migrants:

1. HNLU

2.GNLU

3.RGNLU

4.RMLNLU

5.NUSRL

The no. of seats varies in all of them but the average no. of seats is 2-5 . Except these there are no other NLUs which provides reservation for J&K students.

The cut-offs for NLUs are very high, so given your score, you do not have chances of getting admission in any NLU. You can try for private colleges like Institute of Law, Nirma University, UPES, Dehradun, Symbiosis Law School Pune, School of Law- Christ University Bangalore, etc.
