If your query is regarding the application form of MBBS counseling then it should be neet register number. If you are applying in the all India quota then take a look at:

www.mcc.nic.in

If you are applying in the state quota, then you need to register separately for the state. There will be an admission conducting body in every state which will undertake the counseling procedure.
