Hi Sabri,

For Delhi University you will need to apply with the OBC certificate issued by the central government. Only the centralized OBC certificate is currently accepted in Delhi University for your undergraduate programme. State OBC certificate is not taken into consideration. So when you are applying make sure you have this certificate and if you don't have one apply for it first and then when you get it, apply for DU.
