Hello, it depends on your interest for branch.
But both are good colleges and you can take CS if you are interested but I would recommend you to go with IIIT Jabalpur it is a good IIIT placement are good and EC is a good branch.

So, if you work hard and practice coding skills you will have a good opportunity for big placement.
