Below I have provided the details regarding the three institutes you mentioned - 

Narula Institute of Technology : 

• Narula Institute of Technology was eshbtablished in the year 2001 and is a private college. It has 7 acres of campus with faculty about 174 in number.
• The college has been ranked at 160th by NIRF and also has been accreditated "B" by NAAC.
• The college has the facilities like boys and girsl hostel, gym,library,cafetaria,wifi etc.
• The package offered on an average was 3.60 Lakhs previous year for B.E./B.Tech.

Bengal Institute of Technology : 

• Bengal Institute of Technology was eshbtablished in the year 2000 and is a private college with a faculty of 42.
• The college doesn't have all the facilties required. 
• It offers only B.E./B.Tech and MCA courses.

Academy of Technology : 

• The college was eshbtablised in the year 2003 and is private ownership. The college has 11 acres of campus with faculty of 129.
• The college is affiliated to Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology.
• It has all the required facilities like - boys and girls hostel,gym,cafetaria,wifi,bank facilities etc.
• The packages offered to the students of B.E./B.Tech was on an average of 3.33 lakhs in 2018.

Now according to me, the best college among them is Narula Institute of Technology. It has all the required facilities, has accredetations from MHRD and also has good rank in the list of engineering colleges.

All three colleges are good colleges under webjee. But if you want to diffrentiate these colleges in terms of academics and placement then these can rearrange as :-

• Narula institute of technology
• Academy of technology
• Bengal institute of technology

The average package of narula institute of technology is some what between 3.6lpa to 4lpa followed by academy of technology between 3.3lpa to 3.5lpa.
