B.Sc in Computer Science : It is a good option to choose if someone was t get themselves able to earn withing three of learning but the main point is that B.sc is a general degree with an average scope in future. Also, the thing is there is no surety of jobs in future because B.Sc grads are not given more value until of unless the candidate posses extreme skills. Many companies prefer a candidate who is from a Btech background. Also, if you find a good job then the CTC will be lower for sure if you've done Bsc from lower colleges. The fees of the course are lower than Btech.  For building a good career you will need to do Msc for good opportunities.

BE Computer Science: One of the topmost branches every individual dreamt for. Getting the Cse branch into colleges is the ultimate source of happiness. See, the value of Btech is far more than B.Sc. The fees for Btech is higher than Bsc but it provides value and good opportunities without putting in the extreme effort.

Also, Btech grads might not need to go for higher studies because there are many opportunities available. It's just the skills that matter in the end.
