As you have only specified your eamcet rank, but for predicting your rank we need both eamcet score and IPE marks in your group subjects. As you have not mentioned your IPE score, on an average your rank would be around 40000 to 50000.

I am assuming you to be a student of general category. And according to this, with a score of 220 in your NEET examination you are expected to rank around 300000 in the coming results.
