Hi,

CSAB Councelling happens for filling seats of Various institute. It fills the Vacant seats of NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. During special round, All India cutoff rank is declared. However it do take Category of student in consideration. The seat allotment in CSAB depends on factors like JEE Main merit, preferences, and availability of seat.
