Dear Student,
There is no compulsion for subjects to be taken in best four except for a language that English/Hindi , but there compulsion of only one language you have to take English or Hindi mandatory in your best 4 but not both. Other than language there is no compulsion in DU for B.com to take any subject, you can choose any of your 3 other subjects as your will in your best four and a language mandatory.
