The syllabus of NEET 2018 includes mainly three subjects-Physics, Chemistry and Biology. NEET exam has total marks 720 in which each correct answer will be of 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for incorrect answer. Chemistry and Physics consist of total 90 marks in which each subject has 45 questions. Biology subject is of total 360 marks i.e 90 questions. All the subjects are necesarry for NEET and has their own importance. It is unconsiderable that any one subject is necessary. You have to prepare all the subjects for NEET.
