Hii... rajneesh I would like to tell u that the biology subject is most necessary among them bcz 50% of questions are directly from ncert book.biology section can give u good marks but physics and chemistry will help to give u good rank.all the best...

You should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized Board. The minimum aggregate PCB score should be 50% as a General category. To check the complete information you can go through with the given below link.
