Hi,
There are a lot of possibilities after B.Tech.

The first option is that if you get a CGPA of 7.5 or higher the you are eligible to get a job in ISRO subject to the availability of vacancies. If you get a job and then decide no to take it then you have to pay 10 lakhs according to bond that you sign while joining.
There are industry-related jobs especially in Electronics. Besides you could apply to HAL, DRDO , Brahmos etc.
