Both the Universities are quite good in their fields ,

Ownership - Banasthali is a deemed (semi government) university , whereas IP University has a private ownership.
Fees Structure - Banasthali has comparatively low fees as compared to that of IP University. Banasthali doesn't ask you for high exam fees , admission fees and practical fees while IP does.
ECA - Banasthali gives you lots of opportunities to explore with like sports , music and dance but for IP this is limited
Placement - Banasthali has quite higher placement compared to that of IP University.

Talking about all of them Banasthali is better option for one compared to IP.
