VIT Vellore campus is the best for CSE as it is the oldest and most famous original campus. Also all the placement companies come to vellore. Other campus students come to vellore for placements. So Vellore campus is the best. But from it is A RURAL campus so u wont get the luxuries and advantages of a metro city. So for urban campus chennai is better.
