The basics that need to be strengthened for IIT JEE Mathematics, start from the NCERT textbooks. The textbook syllabus includes all the topics and derivation in details, along with questions too.

After you have laid the foundation of the basics using the NCERT textbooks, then you should refer to reference books for practice -

• Objective Mathematics by Dr. R. D. Sharma
• Plane Trigonometry by S. L. Loney
• Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH

I'll recommend you to start with RD Sharma book of Maths for class XI & XII. RD Sharma will set your base and will expose you to many difficult questions. Once you are thorough with basics you can also refer to following book for practice:

• Hall Knight -   Higher Algebra
• S. L. Loney   - Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry
• Tata McGraw Hill (TMH) -   Complete Mathematics for JEE Main
• Arihant Publication- Mathematics for JEE Main/Advance
