You should wait at least 48 hours after the submission of fee if not updated in the website. Sometimes the fees are deducted but aren't transferred to the college systems due to technical errors. So within 48 hours either you will get the money back or the website will get updated. Now if after 48 hours there are no progress then you should contact the college helpdesk(email or contact number as per the official website) regarding it and they will instruct you all the official procedures which you can take in order to submit the application.
