    Hello Shivani,

    There may be a server error. If your amount is deducted, it is expected to be refunded back in 10-12 working days. If not so, you can contact the officials and enquire about the problem for the same. But, if the status is unpaid, the money is likely to be reverted back in your account but it will take some time.
