There is a chance that the updated Aadhaar photo will not automatically update on the NTA website. Even after your Aadhaar biometric update is completed, you will need to log in again to the NEET UG application portal and verify or re-submit your details as per the instructions given there. It is advisable to wait until your Aadhaar update is fully processed and then check the NTA portal for further steps or correction window updates.
