If you made a mistake in filling neet form, you can apply for correction form of neet.
While document verification it is very important to carefully fill in details and now that you have made that mistake there might be a slight chance about getting your form rejected. I'm not saying 100% that it'll be rejected but there might be a chance of rejection. Do apply for form correction if you can do so.
