That completely depends on them basically idea behand the 2nd round is that they may select all those students who may pass they standard capable in all the criteria and after that, if they have some seat left then they selected that student in the second round who may not pass or match they standard at someplace they may get the chances so if you may think you are capable then you may definitely give a try.
