Since both the option which you have  displayed here are better but I think that you should go with the option M.Sc in the domain of Computer Science because if you look in the today's world then you can easily understood that in today's arena the CS Graduates are more valuable in comparison with the other domain. As well getting the job in this sector is quite easy. So you should definitely go with this option if you are really interested.
