The current prime minister of India is Shri Narendra Damodar Das Modi (Narendra Modi) . He is the 14th prime minister of India and is in office since 26 May , 2014  , he won the election again in 2019 and is currently serving his second term .

He  belongs from BJP ( Bhartiya Janta party ) and had served as the Chief minister of Gujrat in past as well.
