If you have freeze the college you can't take part in 5th round. If you have choosen float option then you are eligible.

but u said tht we r automaticlly float. freeze optn was nt there

If you have not freeze the college you are eligible for the 5th round. Your fees will be adjusted if any college is alloted to you in next round.
