Why are people saying last year cutoff was 110 for ILS But on second merit list for CAP4 on ILS website, it shows people with 107 got in too

Cutoff is based on category like OMS and Home state.

Hime state has maximum intake at ILs Pune.

Ranks within 300 have 100% chances for conversion at ILs Pune 5year Law Program.

Scores above 125marks is sureshot ticjet for conversion.
