Because , counseling is done in systematic way and to do under rule and regulations.so it's takes for setup.
IIT and NIT are not a joke this require all proof and confirmation of candidates.

Hello

The counselling for JEE Main and JEE Advanced will be conducted after the result announcement of both the exams. JoSAA will be conducting the counselling for both the exams and the registrations for it will tentatively start from June 19.
