CET is simply known or refered as Common Entrance Examination, which is an official examination for getting admission into the state-level colleges of any particular state based on the Home State Quota and Domicile Certification.

If you are unable to know the status of your Registration, you have to simply visit the official website of CET, and enter your Registration Credentials and check it out, whether it's pending or approved.
