Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as it totally depends upon the number of seats left in category then only further rounds are proceeded. If no seats are left for the further rounds then further counselling is not proceeded for some categories and if seats are left in some categories the further counselling are done.
