Hello,
There are certain procedures which you have to follow.
If you are satisfied with the college in 1st round then you can lock it.
If you are not satisfied with the college or branch you can wait for upgradation in the next round.
Later you have to visit to the allotted centre for verification purpose.

the upgradation option can be chosen when you report to the centre.
