Dear Digvijay

cut off the college doesn't depend on the branch or stream of college. It depends on the number of admissions

form applied for it that cut off take place.

If the demand for that steam is low the cut of will goes down if not then it goes upward.

If the WBJEE IT branch has low cut off that means they are low demand for IT as compare to EC that it.
