Hi Arnab,

NEET 2019 is being compared with NEET 2017 because both years saw a drastic change.

Both year the question paper was a bit easy and the number of applicants were large.

As the paper was easy, a large number of students scored a lot because of which cut off went way to high.

And not only this the cut off increase way too drastic seeing a change of 40-50 marks everywhere.

This is the reason of comparison.
