Will cut off of neet 2019 will be same as neet 2017 as everyone is compairing neet 2019 with neet 2017?

Dear Arnab, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now since 2018, almost 3 lakh more students appeared in NEET, 80,000 more students qualified and a mere 1000 seats have been newly added across India. And the difference is greater than that of 2019. And EWS Category adds more reservations. And all this affect ranks change every year. For example of 560 marks got an AIR of 4567 in 2018, this year it can be 8753.
